Terms of Service

In short: TopSkills Postiz is a private, self-hosted tool for the internal use of the TopSkills MD team. It is not a public service, no one can sign up, and it is used only to schedule and publish content owned by TopSkills MD.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of TopSkills Postiz ("the tool"), a private, self-hosted social media scheduling application operated by the owner and team of the TopSkills MD channel. By using the tool, authorized operators agree to these Terms.

2. Private, internal use only

The tool is for the exclusive internal use of TopSkills MD. It is not offered to the public, there is no public registration, and no third party may create an account or publish content through it. Access is limited to the account owner and authorized team members.

3. Purpose of the tool

The tool is used solely to:

Connect the authorized social accounts owned by TopSkills MD (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
Schedule, manage and publish content created by TopSkills MD.
Configure post settings such as captions, privacy level, comments, Duet and Stitch.

4. Use of platform APIs

The tool integrates with official platform APIs, including TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. When using the tool, operators agree to comply with the applicable terms, policies and developer guidelines of each connected platform, including TikTok's Developer Terms and Community Guidelines. The tool will only be used to publish content that the account owner is authorized to publish.

5. Acceptable use

Operators agree not to use the tool to:

Publish content that violates the policies of any connected platform.
Access or attempt to access accounts or data not owned by TopSkills MD.
Use the tool in any unlawful manner or in violation of third-party rights.

6. Content ownership

All content published through the tool is created and owned by TopSkills MD, or used with proper authorization. Responsibility for published content rests with the account owner.

7. Availability

Because the tool is self-hosted and maintained for internal use, it is provided "as is" without any guarantee of availability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operators may modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the tool and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the tool or from interactions with third-party platforms.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
